KobiFit Return & Exchange Policy

At KobiFit, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. Every piece is selected and tested to meet our high standards for comfort, durability, and style.

While all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, we do allow exchanges for a different size or style, or store credit that never expires. In rare and unique situations, KobiFit may, at its sole discretion, approve a refund.

Eligibility for Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

  • Request must be made within 10 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unstained

  • Items must have all original tags and packaging intact

  • Items must be free from deodorant marks, scents, pet hair, or other signs of use

Unacceptable Exchange Requests

We cannot accept exchanges for:

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, or damage

  • Requests made after the 10-day window

  • Final sale or discounted items marked as “final sale” at purchase

Store Credit

If your desired size or style is unavailable, we will issue store credit for the item’s value.
Store credit never expires and can be used anytime on kobifitwear.com.

Shipping for Exchanges

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective items

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns

  • For damaged or defective items, KobiFit will provide a prepaid return label

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 10 days of delivery at info@kobifitwear.com

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging showing the damage

  • We will process a replacement or store credit based on availability

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Email info@kobifitwear.com with your order number, the item you’d like to exchange, and the size or style you need

  2. We’ll confirm availability and provide next steps or a store credit code

  3. Return the item in its original condition and packaging using a trackable shipping method

Final Note

KobiFit reserves the right to approve refunds only in unique situations at our sole discretion. All other orders will be handled through exchange or store credit.
