At KobiFit Active Wear, we’re committed to delivering quality gear and great service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we've got your back.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Final sale items (e.g. clearance or promotional discounts) are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please email info@kobifitwear.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund Options

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll have two refund options:

  • Original payment method (processed via Stripe; allow 5–7 business days for the funds to appear)

  • Store credit (issued as a unique discount code you can apply to your next KobiFit order)

Let us know your preference when you request your return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. For a different size or item, return your original purchase and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order details. We’ll resolve the issue promptly—on us.
