Only one discount code may be used per order. Codes cannot be combined or applied retroactively. Discounts must be entered at checkout and are not automatically applied.

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Processing time may vary during high-volume periods. You’ll receive tracking info once your order is shipped.

11. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your KobiFit gear. Please review our Return Policy or contact us at info@kobifitwear.com for assistance with returns, exchanges, or defective items.

Customers will be provided with a return address upon approval of their return request. For security and operational purposes, we do not accept returns to residential addresses. Returns must be mailed to our designated P.O. Box or business address provided in the return instructions.
